Code of Conduct

The Company has established a code of conduct for all of its employees which form part of the Human Resources Handbook issued by the Human Resource department. The Human Resources department is primarily responsible to ensure implementation of this code of conduct and provides periodical feedback to the General Management on compliance of the requirements specified under the Handbook, for their review and necessary reporting to the Board.
