Board Committees

Arig's board of committees are as follows:

• Executive Committee
  The Executive Committee serves as a forum to coordinate, guide and monitor the management of the Company in line with strategies, business plans and budgets established by the Board.
   
   
  
• Audit Committee
  The Audit Committee assists the Board in fulfilling its oversight responsibility by reviewing the financial reporting process, the system of internal control, the audit process and the Company's process for monitoring compliance with laws and regulations.
