Dr. Fouad Abdul-Samad Al Falah has served as Director of the Company since October 2003. He was Chairman and Director General of Public Authority for Youth & Sports, Kuwait until November 2008. Dr. Fouad Abdul-Samad Al Falah has also served as Third Secretary at the Kuwait Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
