(representing the Ministry of Finance & Industry, UAE) Mr. Al Shamsi is the Director of International Financial Relations in the Ministry of Finance of the United Arab Emirates. He graduated from Emirates University with a bachelor of commerce in 1994 and joined the Ministry of Finance in 1995. Prior to his current position in the Ministry of Finance He was the Director of the Revenue department. He represents the UAE in various regional organizations and serves as an Executive Director on the Board of International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD). goto Board of Directors
