Succession Planning


The Company realizes the need for a structured succession planning that promotes qualified and capable leadership within the Company. In order to oversee this process on an on-going basis, the Board has authorized the CEO to formulate necessary succession plan that identifies/promotes the best fit personnel for the Company’s mission, values, goals and objectives at all levels in the Company. The Company has already witnessed some tangible benefits by choosing the in-house resources for some of the senior level appointments.

The Executive Committee monitors the effectiveness of the succession plan at regular intervals and apprise the Board with its feedback periodically.
