Graduate Development Program
The Graduate Development Program is one way to meet our commitment to develop future leaders by focusing on individual career development and professional growth. This 15-month program is an exciting opportunity for graduates to gain valuable experience in the fast-growing reinsurance industry.
Arig has been running the Graduate Development Program since 1981 and since then, we have trained and exposed many graduates to a career in the reinsurance industry through this initiative. Indeed, many of these graduates have risen to assume managerial roles not only within Arig but also in several regional insurance companies.
Arig is looking for young graduates who meet the following criteria to join its Graduate Development Programme:
- Graduates with a GPA of 3.25 or more
- Less than 30 years of age
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic
- Strong skills in communication, teamwork, self-awareness and problem solving
- Ability to work in a fast paced multi-national, multi-cultural work environment
GDP Framework:
- Duration: 12 to 15 months
- Introduction to Departments – Core and Support Business Units
- Theoretical and Practical Training sessions
- ACII Qualification from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), UK
